Roles and responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing IT projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, and project team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set project timeline.
- Monitor project deliverables.
- Update relevant stakeholders and team members on the project progress.
- Coach and support project team members with tasks assigned.
Mandatory Requirement:
- Primary exposure to IT industry.
- Must have worked on Projects using Agile Methodologies.
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Scrum Master Certified.
- Excellent Communication skills.
Skills:
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of Agile process.
- Confidence to work with Clients.
Good to have:
- Agile PM certification.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Any professional degree or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.

- Should be confident enough to work with clients.
