We are looking for a highly disciplined and detail oriented Marketing Manager who understands Global trends in the Digital Engineering application/solution and services areas in the following segments: Financial (banking/Insurance), Pharma, Hearlthcare, Retail etc .
He will work closely with the Sales & perform the role of a market analyst to understand to analyse these trends, be able identify industry segments to target and strategize against competition. His experience will enable him to understand customer preferences, buying partners and budget & revenue spend.
He should also be able to help create domain specific marketing material to assist in sales efforts to increase sales and help Elait achieve our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Leverage & guide Inside sales / market research to create chase list pipeline to all services rendered by the company & collect data on potential customers and market intelligence |
Tap into market information, news items, audit reports, yearly results, catalogues etc to understand investment, budget plans, acquisition plans, etc and dovetail pitch accordingly |
Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations |
Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices |
Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan |
Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets |
Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics |
Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow,etc |
Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications |
Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors |
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes |

Requirements |
Proven Marketing experience in Data Management Domain or Industrial experience in anyone of the following Financial, Pharma, Hearlthcare, Retails |

Strong phone presence and Excellent verbal and written communications skills |

MBA Graduate with 3-5 years relevant experience |
